Carolyn Metkola: I am a freelance lecturer, originally from the UK but now living in Albania. I am currently on the Advisory Board of the World History Encyclopedia, the Board of Caabu (the Council for the Advancement of Arab British Understanding), and am Joint Honorary Secretary and Membership Secretary of the Anglo-Albanian Association. I've previously worked at The British Museum, the Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology and the College of St George at Windsor Castle, as well as being a teacher in Tower Hamlets and a lecturer at Queen Mary, University of London. I'm very lucky to have worked in so many amazing places. I also do some archaeology in my spare time: I've worked in Italy, Spain, Oman and now Albania.
